Vintage Panton Design Desk Moon Lamp

Mid Century desk lamp.
A Verner Panton 'Moon Lamp' design for Louis Poulsen.
This lamp dates from the 1980s and is missing its manufacturer label.
Made of 18 plastic slats, arranged in concentric circles, on a pivotal chrome sphere. The slats can be rearranged to represent the lunar phases at various intervals. The slats also serve as reflectors to either expose or hide the bulb.
The lamp gives off the most beautiful light when lit.
A great design echoing the 1960s space age era.

In excellent vintage condition some signs commensurate with age.

Uses E26 bulb.
