1960s Industrial Design Ferdinand Solère Style Articulated Counterbalance Desk Lamp

French made 1960s articulated counterbalance desk lamp in the style of Ferdinand Solère.
Weighted stainless steel handle produces the counterbalance effect as the stem is moved through the lock section. The height of the lock section is adjustable through the stem.
The grey powder coated shade pivots at a 180 degrees angle making it ideal as a desk/craft lamp.
The base is weighed to give optimum support to the lamp.

In excellent vintage condition.
Shows some light surface marks consistent with age.
